辽宁大学是一所具备文、史、哲、经、法、理、工、管、医、艺等学科门类的省属综合性大学。是国家“211工程”重点建设院校和世界一流学科建设高校。设有27个学院，截至2018年6月，全日制在校学生近2.5万人，其中本科生1.7万人，研究生7000余人；国际学生1800余人。学校分别与俄罗斯伊尔库茨克国立大学、塞内加尔达喀尔大学共建孔子学院，精心打造的孔子学院品牌跨越亚、欧、非三大洲，国际化办学步入全新的发展阶段。
Liaoning University is a comprehensive academic higher educational institution in Liaoning Province in the breadth of disciplines offered like Chinese, history, philosophy, economics, law, sciences, engineering, management, medicine and art. It is also one of National “Project 211”key universities and first-class subject universities in China. Liaoning University has 27 schools, 25,000 full-time students, 17,000 undergraduates and 7,000 postgraduates, more than 1,800 International students. Liaoning University has established the Confucius Institutes respectively with National University of Irkutsk, Russia and Dakar University of Senegal. The brand of Confucius Institute of Liaoning University has spread across Asia, Europe and Africa, which has reinforced the educational globalization into a new stage of development.
一、 资助对象 Eligibility
1.非中国籍人士，身体健康，无不良行为记录，品学兼优；
Applicants should own non-Chinese citizenship, no criminal record and be in good health condition, well performed both academically and behaviorally.
2.年龄16-35周岁(统一以2019年9月1日计)，在职汉语教师年龄不超过45周岁；
Applicants should be aged between 16 and 35 on Sep.1st,2019, applicants currently working in a Chinese language teaching position shall not exceed the age limit of 45;

Scholarship Types And Qualifications
1、 四周研修生项目
Scholarship for Four-Week Study
2019年7月或2019年12月入学，资助期限为4周。不录取护照上有X1、X2签证者。
Commences either in July or December of 2019, and provides a four-week scholarship. Applicants withholding visas X1 or X2 are not eligible.
1.1 汉语言+中国家庭体验
Chinese Language plus home-stay Experience in a Chinese Family
具有HSK成绩。由孔子学院组团进行报名，并事先联系接收院校确定在华学习计划，提前报总部审批，每团10-15人。
HSK test scores are required. Organized and applied by a Confucius Institute with 10-15 participants per group. Prior to the trip, a detailed study plan shall be made after consultation with host institutions and submit to Hanban for approval.
1.2 孔子学院专项四周生
Special Four-week Program for Confucius Institutes
具有HSK成绩。由孔子学院组团进行报名，每团10-15人。
HSK test scores are required. Organized and applied by a Confucius Institute with 10-15 participants per group.
2、 一学期研修生项目
Scholarship for One-Semester Study
2019年9月、2020年3月入学，资助期限为5个月。不录取护照上有X1、X2签证者。
Commences either in September 2019 or March 2020, and provides a five-month scholarship. Applicants withholding visas X1 or X2 are not eligible.
2.1 汉语国际教育、汉语言文学、中国历史、中国哲学
TCSOL, Chinese Language and Literature, Chinese History and Chinese Philosophy
汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）180分，具有HSKK成绩。
Applicants shall have a minimum score of 180 in HSK test (Level 3),while HSKK test score required.
3、 一学年研修生项目
Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study
2019年9月入学，资助期限为11个月。不录取在华留学生。
Commences September 2019, and provides scholarship for 11 months. International students currently studying in China are not eligible.
3.1 汉语国际教育 TCSOL
汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）270分，具有HSKK成绩。
Applicants shall have a minimum score of 270 in HSK test (Level 3), while HSKK test score required.
3.2 汉语言文学、中国历史、中国哲学
Chinese Language and Literature, Chinese History, and Chinese Philosophy
汉语考试成绩达到HSK（四级）180分、HSKK（中级）60分。
Applicants shall have a minimum score of 180 in HSK test (Level 4) and 60 in HSKK test (intermediate level)
3.3 汉语研修 Chinese Language Study
汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）210分。
Applicants shall have a minimum score of 210 in HSK test(Level 3)
4、 关于汉语桥获奖者 For “Chinese Bridge” Winners
在各类汉语桥比赛中获得2019年度“孔子学院奖学金证书”者，登陆孔子学院奖学金网站，凭奖学金证书向目标接受院校提交申请材料。

三、特色项目 Majors and Feature Projects
针对我校接收的三个招生类别，我们制定如下特色培养项目 Feature Projects: Projects for the three non-academic admissions category are as follows:
项目一：“体验中国、启梦计划”四周奖学金项目
Project 1: “Experience China and Start Your Dreams” Four-week Program
培养目标：培养一种中国情缘、学会一项中华才艺、参与一系列中国传统文化体验活动。使学生不但在汉语言学习有所收获，而且参与中国家庭体验活动，进行跨文化交流。简称“111”培养目标。
Objectives: Creating a bond to
China
, learning a Chinese art, and participating in a series of cultural activities, also known as the “111”Project.
项目二: “感知中国、筑梦计划”一学期研修项目
Project 2: “Know China and Pursue Your Dreams”, One-semester Program
培养目标：培养一种中国情谊；学会一系列中华才艺；对汉语言文学、中国历史、中国哲学有一个基本理解；具备一定的研修能力。简称“1111”培养目标；
Objectives: Developing a friendship with
China
, learning two Chinese art forms, reaching the Level 3 of HSK, and mastering four dimensions of language skills, also known as the “1234”Project.
项目三：“认知中国、圆梦计划”一学年研修项目
Project 3: “Perceive China and Realize Your Dreams”, One-year program
培养目标：培养一种中国情结、至少学会二项中华才艺、实践三大特色主题活动、掌握四项语言技能、达到五级汉语水平。同时，使研修者对汉语言文学、中国历史、中国哲学有较深的理解，具备一定的研究能力。简称“12345”培养目标。
Objectives: Building a tight bond to China, learn two Chinese art forms, participating in three featured activities, mastering four dimensions of language skills, and reaching Level 5 of HSK, also known as the “12345”Project.
四、奖学金资助内容及标准 Scholarship Coverage & Criteria
孔子学院奖学金资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费（四周研修生除外）和综合医疗保险费。具体资助内容及标准请见孔子学院总部/国家汉办2019年孔子学院奖学金申请办法的规定执行。
The Confucius Institute Scholarship provides full coverage on tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance (four-week study students are excluded) and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.
1.我校为学生提供免费宿舍，一般为双人间，经奖学金生申请、我校批准，选择校外住宿者，由学校按月发放住宿费，标准为700元人民币/月。
Accommodation fee is under the overall planning and utilization of our school to provide students with in-campus apartments (usually double rooms). Students may also live off-campus upon application and getting permission from our school. Students who live off-campus are entitled to accommodation allowance of 700 CNY per person/month paid on a monthly basis from our school.
2.生活费由我校按月发放。一学年和一学期研修生标准为2500元人民币/月。
Living allowance is granted by host institutions on a monthly basis. The monthly allowance for one-academic-year study students and one-semester students is 2,500 CNY per person.
3.综合医疗保险费参照中国教育部来华留学有关规定执行，由我校统一购买。四周研修生标准为160元人民币/人，一学期研修生为400元人民币/人，一学年标准为800元人民币/年/人。
Comprehensive medical insurance is purchased by the host institutions in accordance with relevant regulations of studying in China stipulated by the Ministry of Education of China. Insurance fee per person is 160 CNY for four-week study students, 400 CNY for one-semester students, and 800 CNY per year for students engaged in program longer than one academic year.
五、申请流程 Application Procedures
自2019年3月1日起，申请者可登陆孔子学院奖学金网站http://cis.chinese.cn 在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果；奖学金获得者与接收院校确认办理来华留学手续，在线打印获奖证书；按接受院校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到。
Online registration will be available from March 1, 2019 on the Confucius Institute Scholarship website (cis.chinese.cn). Please log on to search recommending institutions and host institutions, upload application materials online, track the application progress, feedback of review and admission results. Scholarship holders need to confirm with the host institutions to go through the procedures of studying in China, print out CIS certificate online, and register at host institutions at the designated date and time as per the letter of admission.

六、申请材料 Application documents
与所有申请者有关的证明材料 For all applicants
1. 护照照片页扫描件。
A scanned copy of the passport data page.
2. HSK、HSKK成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件。
HSK、HSKK score reports of no longer than two years.
3. 推荐机构负责人的推荐信。
Recommendation letter signed by the head of the recommending institutions.
4. 在职汉语教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。
Applicant who is currently working in a Chinese language teaching-related field shall provide an employment certification and reference letters from the agency.
5. 未满18周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明材料。
Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit relevant documents of entrusted legal guardians in China.
七、注意事项 Notes
1．申请材料不完整或不符合招生条件的，概不受理。
Incomplete or unqualified applications will not be processed.
2．申请材料弄虚作假，或非本人填写提交的，一经查实，申请资格将被取消。
Applicants will be disqualified from application in case of fraudulent application materials or application materials are completed and submitted by someone else.
3. 获奖者因故不能报到，应在报到日前15天书面告知接收院校并注明原因。无故未报到者，取消奖学金资格。
Scholarship winners who cannot register with the host institutions on time should inform the host institution about the reasons in written form within 15 days before the admission date. For those who do not register as requested without reason, the scholarship will be canceled.
4．入学体检不合格，或中途退学、休学者，奖学金资格将被取消。
Scholarship will be canceled for those who do not pass the admission physical examination, drop out, or take schooling suspension during the study.
